AECOM is seeking a Project Manager to enhance their skills within our Environmental business line in Southern California. This role involves overseeing project performance to achieve KPIs and project goals. The ideal candidate will interface with clients, support business development, and lead remediation strategies. Experience in investigation/cleanup of contaminants is preferred. The responsibilities include:
- Project Delivery: Manages projects, directs data analysis, and guides site remediation.
- Adheres to AECOM’s Quality Management System (QMS).
- Interacts with state agencies to develop risk-based remediation goals.
- Maintains communication with clients and internal teams.
- Develops solutions to client issues and participates in project reviews.
- Integrates global resources into project delivery.
Operations:
- Drives business performance and attains KPIs.
- Assists in maintaining departmental compliance and sales pipeline accuracy.
- Participates in proposal development.
- Acts as a point of escalation for project issues.
People:
- Builds relationships with client contacts.
- Directs work assignments and reviews performance.
- Promotes health and safety stewardship.
