The candidate should have a background in business, philosophy, psychology, and/or rhetoric. The candidate should be adept at researching and writing, topics related to personal and professional ethical quandaries and social engagements.
The candidate must be adept at relying on fact-based evidence rather than ideological wish-thinking.
The candidate should additionally cover C-Suite executives and StartUp founders. We want candidates who are constantly consuming knowledge and news about the state of advancements in the world of business and technology. A successful candidate will be able to speak on and to executives of color and explore their journeys and their products/services while relating its relevance to our readers.
