We're seeking a tech-savvy Executive Assistant to support our co-founder and CISO. This remote role requires someone who thrives in a startup environment and uses AI tools for efficiency.
- Calendar & Meeting Management: Manage complex calendar, coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and draft follow-ups.
- Task & Project Management: Maintain task lists, track deadlines, and coordinate follow-ups.
- Daily Operations: Check-in via Slack, manage email, monitor Slack, update Hubspot, and handle administrative tasks.
- Research & Intelligence: Research companies, track security tools, monitor competitors, research leads, and synthesize compliance frameworks.
- Travel Management: Book travel arrangements and manage itineraries.
- Social Media Support: Assist with social media posting.
- Technical Skills: AI Proficiency, SaaS Experience, Security Awareness, Communication.
- Experience & Traits: 3+ years as EA/VA, startup experience, self-motivated, organized, and proactive.
