The Role
At Rydoo, we’re expanding our global marketing team with our first Field Marketing Manager (US) who will take ownership of our regional marketing strategy across the United States.
The Field Marketing Manager will play a crucial role in shaping and executing the regional marketing strategy for the US market.
You will be responsible for designing and implementing localized marketing efforts such as marketing messaging, content, events, ABM, and sales enablement materials.
Your work will drive market engagement, improve pipeline generation, and strengthen brand presence in collaboration with the local sales team with the goal to secure new logo deals.
Key Responsibilities
- Messaging, Communication & Localization: Adapt general content and web pages for local audiences, ensuring cultural and linguistic relevance. Work with product marketing and sales to produce localized sales enablement collaterals, such as presentations, one-pagers, and other local content as needed. Align messaging with corporate branding while tailoring it for regional resonance.
- Event Management: Work closely with the field marketing team to ensure alignment with overall event strategy. Plan and execute regional events, including external trade shows, partner events, and own events. Manage event logistics such as vendor communication, venue selection, promotional materials such as landing pages, content and on-site support. Collaborate with external partners to drive joint marketing efforts and support joint pipeline generation.
- ABM and Strategic Direction: Support the development of ABM programs for the region, ensuring alignment with broader marketing and sales goals. Collaborate with sales and account teams to develop target account strategies, identifying opportunities for customized campaigns. Oversee the localization and execution of ABM initiatives, ensuring relevance to regional markets and accounts.
- Campaign Management & Reporting: Develop and manage campaign timelines, ensuring all deliverables are completed on schedule. Maintain project documentation, reporting on key performance metrics and ROI.
- Cross-Team Collaboration: Act as the bridge between regional sales teams and the rest of the marketing organization, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration. Support partner marketing initiatives with key regional partners.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in field marketing, ideally in field or regional marketing within tech/SaaS.
- Proven ability to localize content and messaging for regional relevance.
- Hands-on experience planning and executing events, both in-person and virtual.
- Familiarity with ABM strategies and close collaboration with sales teams.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a remote working environment.
- Comfortable analyzing campaign performance and reporting on ROI.
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Proficiency with tools like Salesforce, HubSpot/Marketo, or similar platforms.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
