Position Overview: Full-time (Monday to Friday), Remote work flexibility, 40 hours per week with up to 80% travel with overnight stay within Switzerland, 6-month standard probationary period, Base location: Lausanne area, Company office: Dübendorf (Zürich area)

Your Role As a Field Service Engineer based in the Lausanne area, you'll:
- Lead and execute installations and validations of cutting-edge Sievers analyzers
- Conduct precise maintenance and calibration at customer sites
- Perform timely repairs and on-call duty for urgent requests
- Manage technical documentation and customer relations
- Provide expert technical support
- Train and mentor new team members
Required Qualifications
- Valid Swiss work permit
- Engineering, chemistry, or laboratory background
- Fluency in English and French
- Valid driving license (B)
- TOC analyzer experience
- Laboratory equipment troubleshooting skills
