Finance & Administrative internship within our company serves a dual purpose of facilitating the professional growth of individuals while contributing to the dynamic operations of our area and organization. Responsibilities:
- Assist in the management and execution of process improvement and automation projects across various departments.
- Collaborate in the identification, analysis, and documentation of business needs, and contribute to researching and evaluating potential solutions.
- Support the creation, updating, and maintenance of reports to ensure data accuracy and timely delivery to stakeholders.
- Update and manage Excel workbooks, SharePoint lists, and other digital tools, integrating information from multiple sources.
- Perform additional tasks or special assignments as delegated.
Qualifications:
- Student in the last semesters of Industrial Engineering, Administrative Engineering, Business Administration, Financial Engineering or other related careers.
- Ability to analyze problems and design structured solutions, including transforming problems into flow diagrams, identifying key components, and breaking them into actionable tasks.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, data analysis).
- Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint).
- Demonstrated confidentiality and discretion.
- Eagerness to learn and contribute in a dynamic environment.
Nice to Have (Optional):
- English Level: B2
- Familiarity with workflow automation tools such as Power Automate.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Excel Macros and VBA
- Knowledge in Data Analysis and use of Databases.
