Contractor Finance Controlling with English

Key Responsibilities: Respond to ad-hoc reporting requests from both WNS and NLMK Management, ensuring the accuracy and relevance of these reports. Review and update the reporting policy: Evaluate and update the reporting request policy to ensure efficiency while maintaining a comprehensive set of standard reports. Generate and reconcile reports: Collect necessary data for reports (internal and group reporting) ensuring they are correct, consistent, and resolving any discrepancies. Present data: Gather and analyze financial and operational data, presenting it in a clear and concise format that is easy to act upon. Define and update work procedures. Assist in monthly/annual closing; Provide necessary documentation for audits, and maintain precise historical records. Collect data from the SAP system; Complete relevant forms requested by management. Governance: Assist and actively participate in meetings with all relevant stakeholders. Forecast activity: Support with any of the forecast activity requested by client, update relevant forecast reporting files. Experience in Controlling Activities (1-2 years); Advanced language skills in English Knowledge of Financial and Accounting software applications; Knowledge of and ability to analyze financial data and prepare financial reports; Experience of SAP system preferable; Good all-round Excel skills
