Part-Time Finance Coordinator: AR/AP Specialist

Jetfuel.agency is seeking two part-time accountants.

Primary responsibilities include maintaining accurate financial records, managing cash flow, and facilitating financial transactions.

Collaboration with internal and external teams is essential for financial precision, compliance, and overall effectiveness.

• Manage and maintain cash flow.
• Handle payroll transactions.
• Handle accounts receivable and payable functions.
• Oversee collections and invoicing.
• Assist with purchasing and procurement.
• Collaborate with accountants (as needed).

Qualifications include prior experience in bookkeeping, cash management, or related roles.

• Familiarity with payroll processes and internal financial software.
