ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Our employees are tasked with delivering excellent business results through the efforts of their teams. These results are achieved by:
• Work with and support the Finance team with monthly client invoicing
• Collaborates cross-functionally with Account Services and Project Management teams assisting with the financial reports
• Ensures integrity of data entry duties within Finance systems
• Provides additional administrative support at the direction of the Finance Associate and Finance Manager

EXPECTATIONS OF THE JOB:
• Hours: 40 hours per week; Eastern Time or Central Time business hours
• Program Length: approximately 10 weeks with the opportunity to extend based upon business needs
MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
• Education: Currently studying B.B.A. in Accounting, Finance, Business, Marketing or other related field. Rising senior or graduating senior preferred.
• Technology/Equipment: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint. Knowledge of the basic principles and practices of accounting and financial analysis. Extraordinary attention to detail.
• Solid communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Office: While performing the essential functions of this job the employee is frequently required to reach, grasp, stand and/or sit for long periods of time (up to 90% of the shift), walk, talk and hear; occasionally required to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderately quiet, with frequent interruptions and multiple demands.
