Job Details
- Support the daily AP operation.
- Data check on incoming invoices.
- Supporting the invoice scanning process.
- Invoice downloading from online portals.
Requirements:
- Ongoing studies in Finance, Accounting, Economics until at least June 2025.
- Min 25 (up to 40h) hours per week availability.
- Proficient oral and written English.
- Strong user level MS Office skills (Excel /MS Outlook).
- Flexibility and Analytical thinking.
- Ability to learn and adapt.
- Team player with good communication skills.
- Detail oriented and precise.
- Previous experience in a similar role is a plus.
