Intern Financial Analyst Intern - Remote

Identify and assess potential partners (Employment/Job Agencies, Government departments, workforce development programs, RTOs) in Australia, analyzing alignment with goals, risks, and benefits from a financial perspective.

Research and report on financial trends across education, employment, and tech integration industries, using tools like financial ratios, margin analysis, and breakeven analysis to interpret profitability and risk.

Evaluate costs and benefits for marketing initiatives, API and technical integrations, and software solutions.

Conduct cost assessment studies for hiring additional staff (Malaysia, Philippines, Indonesia) to support scaling efforts affordably in Australia.

Translate complex data into understandable charts, graphs, and dashboards.

Assist in designing pitch decks and proposal documents for investors, partners, and stakeholders.

Contribute to business presentations with clear financial insights and visual storytelling.

Conduct financial risk assessments for potential partners and operational plans, identifying financial red flags impacting partnerships, hiring, or expansion.

Recommend ways to optimize cost structure based on projections and data.

Required Skills:

• Student from a Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business major
• Understanding of financial principles, ratios, and analysis tools
• Proficient in Excel, Google Sheets, and data visualization tools
• Analytical mindset, strong attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and communicate findings clearly
• Familiarity with business models in tech, education, or recruitment (bonus)
• Gain experience in software testing
