Intern Financial Analyst Internship

Identify and assess potential partners (Employment/Job Agencies, Government departments, workforce development programs, RTOs) in Australia. Analyze their alignment with goals, and assess financial risks/benefits.

Research and report on financial trends across education, employment, and tech integration industries. Use financial ratios, margin analysis, and breakeven analysis.

Evaluate costs/benefits of marketing, API/technical integrations, and potential software solutions.

Conduct cost assessment studies for hiring additional staff (Malaysia, Philippines, Indonesia) to support scaling efforts.

Translate complex data into understandable charts, graphs, dashboards.

Assist in designing pitch decks and proposal documents for investors, partners, and stakeholders.

Contribute to business presentations with clear financial insights and visual storytelling.

Conduct financial risk assessments for potential partners and operational plans.

Help identify financial red flags/indicators impacting partnerships, hiring, or expansion strategies.

Recommend cost structure optimization based on projections and data.

Qualifications:

• Student from a Finance, Accounting, Economics or Business related major.
• Strong understanding of financial principles, ratios, and analysis tools.
• Proficient in Excel, Google Sheets, and data visualization tools.
• Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail.
• Able to work independently and communicate findings clearly.
• Familiarity with business models in tech, education, or recruitment (bonus).

Experience:

• Gain hands-on experience in software testing.
