Fraud Risk Analyst
Purpose: As a Fraud Risk Analyst, you will review real-time fraud alerts, identify suspicious activities (account takeovers, scams, first-party fraud), and escalate to the Financial Crimes team if necessary. You will provide timely support to internal and external stakeholders, ensuring customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Assess fraud alerts from the fraud monitoring system.
- Review customer activity against profiles.
- Investigate suspicious accounts and escalate findings.
- Provide support to internal and external stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- 2-3 years of experience in fraud alert management or cybercrime investigations.
- Proven ability to conduct thorough investigations, draw logical conclusions, and articulate findings.
- Experience with Salesforce, Confluence, and SAS platforms (financial sector preferred).
- Strong prioritization skills; balancing business objectives and efficiency.
- Excellent customer service skills; inquisitive and curious mindset.
- Strong stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to think quickly and solve problems with a customer-first approach.
