Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Freelance Recruiter to identify, attract, and hire top talent for clinical research.
Key Responsibilities:
- Talent Acquisition: Source, screen, and shortlist qualified candidates.
- Candidate Engagement: Build relationships with potential candidates.
- Client Collaboration: Work with Milestone One Talent Manager.
- Interview Coordination: Schedule and conduct initial interviews.
- Database Management: Maintain candidate databases.

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a recruiter (preferably freelance/remote)
