Key Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement responsive, pixel-perfect web pages and components using React
- Translate product and marketing requirements into engaging landing pages and product UI flows.
- Work closely with backend developers to integrate APIs and ensure seamless user experiences.
- Define and maintain a design system / component library for consistency.
- Prototype and test new UX patterns for FileSpin’s services (dashboards, workflows, content management).
- Optimize performance and accessibility across browsers and devices.
- 3–6+ years experience in frontend development (React, TypeScript, modern CSS frameworks like Tailwind/Chakra).
- Strong portfolio demonstrating design/UI skills — ability to take a concept and create polished, user-friendly interfaces.
- Experience building landing pages and marketing sites (with A/B testing, SEO basics, analytics integration).
- Solid understanding of UX principles, responsive design, accessibility (WCAG).
- Familiarity with design tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, etc.).
- Ability to collaborate with backend engineers, marketers, and founders in a fast-moving startup.
- Experience with Next.js, animations (Framer Motion, GSAP).
- Understanding of SaaS product design and developer-first UX.
- Knowledge of CDN, media processing, or DAM platforms.
