Job Details
We’re seeking a senior frontend engineer with strong experience in web and mobile development to build OleOle’s core UI. You'll collaborate closely with design and backend teams.
Responsibilities:
- Develop responsive, high-performance UIs for web and mobile (iOS/Android) using modern frameworks.
- Collaborate with UX/UI designers to translate designs into functional components.
- Integrate APIs, real-time data, and content translation tools.
- Own implementation of key features (e.g., microblogging, messaging, short video creation).
- Optimize for speed, scale, and seamless UX across platforms.
- Write clean, reusable, well-documented code.
- Participate in sprint planning, architectural decisions, and roadmap discussions.
What We're Looking For:
- 7-8 years of frontend engineering experience.
- Strong experience with React (web), React Native (mobile), TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, and Tailwind (or similar).
- Mobile app deployment (App Store + Play Store).
- Experience with build tools (Webpack, Vite, etc.).
- Startup experience (lean teams, MVPs).
- Strong understanding of mobile UX/UI principles.
- Bonus: Experience with video editing/streaming, real-time messaging, or multilingual apps.
- Agile environment, comfortable with limited resources.
- Passion for a mission-driven product.
- Creative problem-solving skills.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and company growth.
- Strong entrepreneurial judgment.
- Understanding of football/international sports (plus).
- Travel required.
