Job Title: Frontend Technical Lead with Angular

Job Description:You will lead front-end development using Angular and TypeScript, ensuring quality, scalability, and compliance.

Responsibilities:

• Lead technical delivery: Drive front-end development with Angular and TypeScript, provide technical direction, perform code reviews, and mentor developers.
• Shape architecture: Contribute to technical design, ensuring adherence to architectural and regulatory requirements, and staying updated with emerging technologies.
• Collaborate across roles: Act as a bridge between the technical team and clients, clarify requirements, and propose delivery roadmaps.
• Ensure delivery excellence: Maintain version control, support secure deployments, and guide teams through development and release cycles.
• Mentor and support: Provide guidance to developers, support onboarding, and contribute to team growth.

Qualifications:

• 8+ years experience in web development with Angular, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
• Solid understanding of RxJS, Observables, Subjects, and reactive design patterns.
• Mastering best practices and performance in Angular applications.
• Strong knowledge of RESTful APIs, integration patterns, and micro-frontend concepts.
• Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and branching & deployment strategies using tools like Docker, Jenkins, or GitHub Actions.
• Familiarity with unit testing (e.g., Jasmine, Karma, Jest) and end-to-end testing (e.g., Cypress, Playwright).
• Strong understanding of scalable front-end architecture and client-server communication.
• Experience in regulated environments (e.g., financial, audit-driven projects).
• Effective collaboration with cross-functional teams and strong technical decision-making.
• Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills and ability to explain technical concepts.

Nice to Have:

• Knowledge of backend technologies (e.g., Node.js, Java) and their integration with front-end systems.
• Experience with regulatory compliance projects or complex UI/UX prototyping.
