About the role:
As a Full Stack Developer Intern, you'll join Portcast's predictive ETA product team. This data-heavy product offers customers end-to-end visibility of their cargo. You will be involved in the full software development life cycle, from developing and improving the web interface (front-end) to building a scalable back-end architecture and developing effective & secure APIs. This is a great opportunity to learn about SaaS product design and development.
What You'll Do:
- Work closely with the sales and product teams to understand customer requirements.
- Build new product features for the web app/API services, handling both front-end and back-end architecture.
- Communicate with customers and external vendors on data-related matters.
- Be involved in new customer pilots and onboarding.
Requirements:
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computing, Statistics, Mathematics, Machine Learning, AI, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong command of CSS, HTML, JavaScript, Python, and SQL.
- Basic knowledge of Django and prototyping tools (Figma, Sketch, XD).
