Ideal candidate

• Productive in our Tech stack: Ruby on Rails, Hotwire/ViewComponent, APIs REST/GraphQL
• Experience with Shopify or Meta's APIs is a plus
• Communication: English - able to communicate without friction
• Proactivity: able to communicate issues proactively, unstuck themselves and work as a team
• Mindset: Ownership - wants to take responsibility, Product - able to build things that people want, and ship from 0 to 1, Hackerman - we work with a lot of 3rd parties, should be able to jump through hoops and find ways around walls, Embrace the chaos - prioritize shipping value to customers, not clean code. Make your mama proud, not your fellow dev buddies!

What you'll be doing

• Implementing business logic / features
• Implementing UI (customer side / merchant / admin)
• Handling integrations with Shopify, Meta, etc.

Compensation

• $6k per month ( $72,000 / year ) (before tax)
• Stock options (Delaware C-corp)
