Salary Range: $2500-$3000 USD Monthly (final salary based on experience)

Contract: Contract-based employment with US company

Job Summary: Seeking a skilled Full Stack Support Engineer to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across frontend and backend systems. Ideal candidate should have strong full-stack development experience, customer-centric mindset, and collaboration skills.

2. Provide technical support and troubleshooting for web applications and software platforms.
3. Diagnose and resolve frontend and backend system issues (databases, APIs, cloud services).
4. Collaborate with development teams to fix bugs, optimize performance, and enhance reliability.
5. Develop and maintain technical documentation on troubleshooting procedures and resolutions.
6. Work with customers and stakeholders to address technical concerns.
7. Monitor application health and performance, proactively identifying potential issues.
8. Implement and recommend system/workflow improvements for enhanced efficiency.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in a similar role.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Proven experience in full stack development and technical support.
• Proven experience supporting web and mobile applications.
• Proficiency in frontend technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Next.js, TypeScript, React, Angular, Vue.js).
• Strong backend development skills (Node.js, Python, Java, .NET).
• Relational and non-relational database experience (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
• Understanding of swift/java for application deployment.
• Experience with object-oriented, functional, and procedural programming.
• GIT, GitHub, GitHub Actions, CI/CD pipelines.
• AWS experience.
• Nice to have: Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) using Terraform, Docker packaging, component UI libraries (Material UI, Bootstrap, Tailwind), AI coding assistants (GitHub Copilot, Amazon CodeWhisperer), debugging tools, logging frameworks, monitoring solutions, strong problem-solving & communication skills, ability to work independently and in a fast-paced team environment.
