Job Details
We’re looking for an experienced Web Technical Lead (Full Stack) to become the go-to technical expert for our web projects. In this role, you’ll provide architectural direction, ensure technical excellence, and mentor developers. This is a technical leadership role (not people management).
Responsibilities:
- Technical Leadership: Act as the primary technical reference for full-stack development.
- Project Collaboration: Partner with the Web Team Lead to plan technical roadmaps.
- Full-Stack Development: Architect and develop front-end and back-end components as needed.
- Maintenance & Innovation: Oversee maintenance and optimization of web applications and internal tools.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in full-stack web development
- Proven background as a technical reference or mentor
- Proficiency in both back-end and front-end development:
- Back-end: Node.js, Express.js, Strapi
- Front-end: JavaScript / TypeScript, React / ReactDOM, Next.js, Remix.js, Tailwind CSS
- Strong knowledge of: RESTful APIs, MySQL / PostgreSQL / MongoDB, Git / GitFlow Docker, CI/CD (GitLab, GitHub Actions, Jenkins)
- Familiarity with CMS systems (Strapi, WordPress, Contentful) and animation libraries (GSAP, Anime.js)
- English level: strong intermediate or higher
Bonus Points:
- Experience with marketing automation or analytics tools (Google Analytics, HubSpot, Segment)
- Understanding of accessibility audits, performance testing, or A/B testing
- Experience working in Agile environments (Scrum, Kanban)
