Job Details

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Conduct research on financial crime trends, regulatory developments, and industry best practices to support client engagements and internal initiatives.
  2. Assist in gathering, cleaning, and analyzing data related to anti-money laundering (AML), fraud detection, sanctions screening, and other financial crime risks.
  3. Help prepare client deliverables, including risk assessments, compliance reports, and presentations, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and professionalism.
  4. Support the documentation and analysis of client processes and controls related to financial crime prevention and risk management.
  5. Contribute to the evaluation and implementation of financial crime detection tools and technologies, including transaction monitoring systems and case management platforms.
  6. Work closely with consultants and senior team members to support project planning, execution, and delivery.
  7. Proactively engage in learning opportunities to build knowledge in financial crime regulations, risk management frameworks, and consulting methodologies.

Required Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree.
  • Minimum GPA of 3.0 in both your major and overall.
  • Working towards successful completion of courses prior to the start of internship.
  • General computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Interest in the Forensic Accounting field.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.

Physical and Mental Job Qualifications:

  • Ability to work at a computer for the majority of the workday.
  • Ability to travel as needed.
