Internship Program Overview At ServiceNow, we’re looking for students who want to learn, grow, and take a giant step early in their career, all while making a giant impact. What you will do The world of work is one of the most pressing issues that business leaders have on their mind and as the defining enterprise platform of the 21st century, ServiceNow is poised to be the platform of choice to tackle this critical imperative. But we will not do it without a robust partner ecosystem leading partner offerings and solutions. This role will be part of the Global Partners and Channels (GPC) team that is at the forefront of driving ServiceNow’s growth to $15B and beyond with and through partners.
You will be part of the Global Partner team within GPC where you will be supporting the global partner leaders in their pursuit to take the partnership to the next level.
- Carry out detailed process analysis to create as-is and define to-be state to help improve productivity and efficiency of the team.
- Work with cross-functional teams to define standard operating plans/procedures to drive consistency to help the team scale as we exponentially grow our partner ecosystem.
- Implement operational efficiency changes by working with the team and leverage real time feedback to make updates and modifications to processes for improved adoption and success.
- Apply key process optimization principles such as but not limited to six sigma, sales and operations planning, Theory of Constraints to help identify bottlenecks in the system and define rationale solutions to drive impactful business outcomes.
Who you are
- Currently enrolled at an accredited university pursuing a bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, finance, or a similar field and on track to graduate between April 2027 - June 2027
- Excellent listening, verbal, and written skills
- Ability to build meaningful business relationships with ServiceNow customers, prospects, and internal colleagues
- An ambitious, creative, goal-oriented, and customer-focused mindset
- Ability to think big and deliver projects from conception through completion
- Highly organized and efficient
- Ability to handle multiple competing priorities, and ability to adapt in a flexible and fast-paced environment
- A basic understanding of Cloud computing and SaaS offerings is a plus
- Previous internship experience is a plus
