The Global GTM Programs team runs critical cross-functional initiatives to improve customer sales and service.
As a GTM Analyst Intern, you will support a lead GTM Strategist and Program Manager on cross-functional initiatives focused on optimizing the GTM motion for our Solution Sales teams across all geographies.
Solution Sales Executives (SSEs) specialize in helping Account Executives land and expand customers using the NOW platform.
Your responsibilities include:
- Running fact-based analyses employing internal data and qualitative information.
- Conducting discovery research, including stakeholder interviews.
- Creating presentations, playbooks, or other deliverables summarizing key findings and recommendations.
- Communicating findings and actionable recommendations to diverse audiences.
- Working closely with cross-functional partners to assist with scoping program deliverables.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Intellectual curiosity
- Basic understanding of SaaS business models and technology industry
- Proficiency in navigating dashboards and extracting data (e.g., PowerBI, Tableau)
- Proficient in Excel for analysis and PowerPoint for communication
- Clear, concise, and professional written and verbal communication skills
- Collaborative teamwork skills
- Ability to ask questions and learn from others' experience
- Openness to feedback and instruction
