The Google Analytics and Data Reporting Consultant will optimize Civitech's analytics capabilities for accurate and actionable data reporting. This role supports Civitech's mission by improving user engagement and refining metrics to empower partners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Audit and optimize Google Analytics 4 (GA4) properties, Google Tag Manager (GTM) containers, and data infrastructure to enhance data quality and reporting.
- Develop comprehensive documentation of GA4 and GTM configurations, including events, parameters, conversions, and funnel tracking.
- Create reports and Looker Studio dashboards aligned with Civitech's objectives.
- Provide recommendations for best practices in tracking user engagement and aligning metrics with organizational goals.
- Lead a 101-level training session on GA4, including a detailed interface walkthrough and supporting materials.
- Conduct office hours for ad-hoc analytics support and guidance.
- Consult on strategic metrics like Annual Contract Value (ACV), Lifetime Value (LTV), and client health indicators (user activity, engagement trends).
- Provide insights into client growth, retention, and market penetration, aiming for measurable outcomes like 1.9% market penetration by 2025.
Qualifications:
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in analytics and data reporting, with expertise in Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, and Looker Studio.
- Strong understanding of metrics design and reporting for SaaS products.
- Proven ability to train and consult teams on analytics best practices.
- Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to document complex configurations clearly.
- Experience working remotely and collaborating effectively across diverse teams.
Additional Qualifications (desired, but not required):
- Experience with data engineering or infrastructure to support analytics pipelines.
- Familiarity with voter engagement tools and metrics.
