Miratech seeks a CCAI BOT Developer to join our remote team.
This project focuses on developing and implementing advanced conversational AI solutions using the Google CCAI Bot framework. Scrum teams collaborate to build intelligent voice bots and chatbots enhancing customer interactions in contact centers. The project integrates NLP, NLU, and machine learning technologies with backend systems, databases, and APIs to create scalable solutions.
Utilizes CI/CD pipelines, agile methodologies, and enterprise-scale technologies like Google Dialogflow, Genesys, and Nuance Mix Tools.
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and deploy chatbots and voicebots using Conversational AI platforms (Microsoft Bot Framework and Google Dialogflow).
- Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code.
- Develop custom components to enhance chatbot functionality, performance, and user experience.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align chatbot solutions with project goals.
- Utilize NLP and ML techniques (TTS, STT, and SSML) for intelligent interactions.
- Integrate chatbot systems with backend infrastructure, databases, and APIs.
- Troubleshoot issues by analyzing logs, debugging code, and implementing improvements.
- Stay updated with chatbot development trends.
Requirements:
- 4+ years experience with Google CCAI Bot framework, Dialogflow ES/CX, and Conversational AI technologies.
- 4+ years IVR application development (Nuance grammar development, GRAT, and GRE).
- Proficient in Core Java, Java/J2EE, Servlets, JSP, and REST-based microservices.
- Expertise in web services integration, SQL databases, and RESTful APIs.
- Experience with Google, Genesys, and related technologies (GVP, Nuance Mix Tools, and Genesys Composer).
- Hands-on experience with Git, Jenkins, Maven, and automated testing.
- Strong understanding of agile development and Scrum.
- Strong analytical skills for resolving technical issues.
- Experience with the Spring framework and Tomcat or similar web servers.
- Bachelor's degree in a technology-related field.
