About Prevail Legal: A well-funded startup in San Francisco, with a diverse workforce, combines secure video conferencing with intuitive tools for remote, in-person, and hybrid legal proceedings. We aim to modernize court reporting, testimony management, trial preparation, and more. About the Position: We're seeking a part-time Graphic Designer to join our marketing team. You'll collaborate with the Marketing Manager and stakeholders to develop compelling visual assets.
Responsibilities:
- Design engaging sales enablement materials (one-pagers, slide decks, pricing sheets, event collateral)
- Create visual assets for marketing initiatives (email graphics, blog imagery, social media content, infographics)
- Maintain brand consistency while evolving visual identity
- Develop efficient processes for managing design requests and feedback
- Manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate project requirements into visual solutions
- Develop and document brand guidelines
- Improve design processes and workflows for efficiency
- Stay current on design trends and best practices in B2B marketing
- Stay informed about product development timelines to proactively ideate materials
- Proactively gather requirements for vague briefs
Required Qualifications:
- 3+ years of graphic design experience, preferably in B2B or SaaS
- Strong portfolio demonstrating versatility
- Excellent visual design skills, understanding of typography, layout, color theory, and composition
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, PowerPoint, and Figma
- Efficient remote worker with collaboration tools (Google Workspace, Slack, Fellow)
- Strong time management skills and prioritization
- Excellent communication skills
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or equivalent
Preferred Experience: Video editing, motion graphics, previous startup experience, familiarity with the legal industry, developing brand guidelines, managing competing priorities.
