Part-Time Graphic Designer (Freelance/Part-time)

Design

• Create mood boards or style guides to present to the client when needed.
• Analyze brand guidelines and assets provided by the client.
• Be ready to take on last minute revisions when needed.
• Can help check assets made by fellow designers and make sure it is up to both client and company standards.

Communication

• Keep the design team up-to-date on any client-related topics (feedback, files, projects, brand guides, style guides, performance, etc).
• Be able to join client calls when needed.
• Be able to brainstorm with both marketing and design team on trending design trends.
• Track assigned brand's tasks, design hours consumed per month.
• Updated on design trends and can do advanced video animations.
• Can collaborate well with different teams.

Technical Skills

• Expert in Photoshop and image manipulations.
• Proficient knowledge on how to use After Effects and Premiere.
• Knows how to use Figma.

Teamwork & Leadership

• Can step in and lead the team in the absence of the Creative Lead and/or the Creative Operations Manager.
• Open to feedback and uses it to improve own skills.
• Able to relay ideas and feedback to the team properly and accurately.
• Able to follow design process and task management using project management tools including but not limited to ClickUp, Asana, etc.
