The Growth and Partnerships Manager for IDIQ's new brand: CreditBuilderIQ, is responsible for identifying and executing growth opportunities to increase revenue, enhance market presence, and improve partner and customer acquisition.
This role involves a blend of sales, marketing, product development, and data analysis.
Work closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to align growth initiatives.
Responsible for the implementation of growth projects from conception to completion.
Create and execute strategic plans to drive business growth and achieve revenue targets.
Conduct thorough market research to identify growth opportunities and trends.
Optimize the partner customer acquisition funnel and develop strategies to obtain new customers and retain existing customers.
Analyze data to measure the effectiveness of growth strategies and make data-driven decisions.
Provide regular updates and reports on growth metrics and project progress to senior management.
Able to handle and maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive consumer information in compliance with applicable privacy and data protection regulations.
Must follow all company policies and procedures regarding data privacy and protection and data loss prevention.
Regular and predictable attendance is a requirement of this position.
Performs other job-related duties and responsibilities as may be assigned from time to time.
Minimum Requirements:
Minimum of 4 years of relevant work experience.
Experience in fintech, credit applications that have B2C and B2B2C applications.
Proven experience in executing strategies for early-stage companies, preferably in a tech or software company.
Core competency in sales outreach, marketing and collateral creation, design, or product, with familiarity across all areas.
Proficiency in data analysis tools and CRM software.
Demonstrated ability with analytics, spreadsheets, and statistics to guide decision-making.

Position Details:
This is a full-time, salaried position (40+ hours/week).
Pay: The base pay range for this position is a minimum of $100,000 to a maximum of $115,000 annually plus potential commission earnings of up to $100,000 per year. The actual compensation offer will carefully consider a wide range of factors including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
