The ideal candidate will support the growth of Privia Health by assisting the Physician Development, New Provider Recruitment, and Business Development teams.
This person will also help support marketing and sales operations, with a focus on CRM data integrity.
Essential Job Duties:
- Review, clean, and analyze data for current and new markets in Salesforce, Privia’s Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system to provide analysis on Total-Available Market (TAM)
- Operational support to the Physician Development and New Provider Recruitment teams, including maintenance of our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system data.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Pursuing Bachelor’s Degree, Junior year or above and minimum GPA of 3.0
- Superior organization and analytical skills with the ability to communicate clearly
- Strong computer technology skills (Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Social Media)
- Demonstrated ability to conduct Internet research efficiently
- Must comply with HIPAA rules and regulations
Interpersonal Skills & Attributes:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including superior grammar and proofreading skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to engage at all levels of the organization
- Professional and adaptable demeanor with internal and external clients (administrators, physicians, peers, and support staff)
- High energy level and ability to work as a team with flexible work habits
- Proven track record of exceptional customer service skills
- Ability to multi-task, plan, and prioritize detail-oriented work with changing deadlines
- Ability to work with minimum supervision, set priorities, and follow through to accomplish results
Salary: $15-$17/hr (base pay, exclusive of bonuses or benefits).
Technical Requirements (remote workers only):
- Minimum 5 MBPS Download Speed and 3 MBPS Upload Speed.
- Use online speed tests (e.g., https://www.speedtest.net/).
- Internet provider assistance if needed.
- Expense reimbursement for employees working from home offices.
