Tasks
Role OverviewWe’re looking for a data-driven and creative Growth Manager to take ownership of user acquisition, activation, and retention. You’ll work across marketing, product, and sales to build and scale growth loops, run experiments, and identify high-leverage opportunities to grow the business.
What You’ll Do
- Own and optimize the full growth funnel – from acquisition to retention
- Design and run experiments across paid, organic, and product-led channels
- Build and improve onboarding flows, landing pages, and lifecycle campaigns
- Analyze user behavior, run cohort analysis, and uncover conversion bottlenecks
- Collaborate with product and engineering to ship growth-focused features
- Develop and manage performance campaigns (Google, Meta, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Identify and test new channels, tools, and strategies for scalable growth
Requirements
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in using analytics tools
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
- Sales experience and expertise in developing sales strategies
- Project management skills and the ability to oversee multiple initiatives
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Experience with AI and big data in a growth context is a plus
- Have worked in a B2B SaaS company in a marketing/sales or growth related position.
