About the Role: We are seeking a versatile Head of Talent Acquisition to support expansion following Series B funding. This role focuses on recruitment across technical and non-technical positions in the UK, Ireland, EU, and US. The ideal candidate will support People Operations functions, including performance management. This role can be based in our Dublin office or remotely in Ireland.
What You'll Do:
- Execute and enhance the Talent Acquisition vision.
- Own the end-to-end hiring strategy (employer branding, candidate experience).
- Create and refine hiring stages/processes, set hiring goals and deliverables for efficient scaling.
- Partner with leaders to forecast hiring needs and create a proactive talent pipeline.
- Partner with leaders to manage requisitions end-to-end, sourcing candidates online and offline.
- Drive data-informed decisions by analyzing recruitment metrics and industry trends, enhancing a system that is scalable and agile.
- Develop the team, connecting hiring with skill development for high performance and business evolution.
- Identify skill gaps and upskilling opportunities.
- Champion learning and development for career growth.
- Position the company as a destination for top talent in tech.
- Ensure an exceptional candidate experience.
- Organize events (job fairs, career days, university relationships for internships).
- Build relationships with networks, events, and communities to attract high-potential talent.
- Support onboarding and team engagement initiatives.
- Enhance retention strategies, including benefits and compensation.
- Work closely with leadership on DEI efforts.

Requirements & Skills:
- 8+ years experience in Talent Acquisition, including full-cycle recruitment and 1-2 years in a leadership role.
- Demonstrated experience drafting and executing a talent acquisition strategy.
- Demonstrated experience hiring across technical and non-technical roles.
- Demonstrated experience in candidate screening and evaluation (CVs, video interviews, assessments).
- Demonstrated experience consulting with hiring managers and crafting job descriptions.
- Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases.
- Familiarity with social media recruiting.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills.
