About Vida: Vida is a virtual health clinic providing personalized health coaching. We focus on managing chronic conditions and lifestyle health goals.
About the Role: As a Health Guide Engagement Representative, you'll conduct outbound phone outreach, encourage members to enroll in the Vida Health program, and build rapport.
Responsibilities:
- Outbound phone calls to members.
- Explain Vida's program benefits.
- Handle objections and help members enroll.
- Gather member health data and assign health coaches.
- Assist with app navigation.
- Answer member inquiries.
- Maintain product knowledge and adhere to policies/regulations.
- Support Vida Service Center projects (updating trainings, etc.).
- Capture feedback from non-interested members.
- Handle crisis calls professionally.
Qualifications:
- Sales or customer service experience.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build rapport and overcome objections.
- Proficiency with basic technology (Macbook, Google Workspace).
- Experience with CRM/phone systems (Salesforce, Zendesk, Genesys - preferred).
- Ability to adapt and learn new technology.
- Problem-solving and detail-oriented skills.
- High School Diploma or Bachelor's Degree.
- Healthcare or customer service experience is a plus.
- Flexibility with scheduling/scripting.
Bonus Skills: Interpersonal skills, product knowledge, experience in sales, member engagement, or customer service in a healthcare environment.
Compensation: $21 - $21 per hour.
