Eleks Compensation & Benefits is looking for Human Resources Data Analyst in Ukraine.

The Human Resources Data Analyst plays a critical role in leveraging data analytics to enhance HR decision-making processes and improve overall organizational performance.

This role requires a strong analytical mindset, proficiency in data analysis tools, and a deep understanding of HR metrics.

Responsibilities include handling HR dashboards, reports, and ad-hoc requests, preparing data for audits and surveys, and involvement in HRMS implementation.

This position requires a data-driven mindset and the ability to provide quick and effective solutions to Executive team members' queries.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in HR analytics, data analysis, or a similar role
  • Proficiency in HR analytics tools (Excel, SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or Google Data Studio)
  • Hands-on experience with HRIS (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors) is a plus
  • Knowledge of statistical analysis software, understanding of HR metrics and benchmarks
  • Strong ability to analyze and interpret HR data to provide actionable insights
  • Experience in developing and maintaining HR dashboards and reporting systems
  • Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Human Resources, Business, Statistics, Finance, or a related field
  • Upper-intermediate level of English
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to data-driven decision-making
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of translating complex data insights into actionable recommendations
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

  • Collect, clean, and maintain HR data from various sources
  • Develop, maintain, and enhance HR reports and dashboards
  • Analyze HR data to identify trends and insights related to employee performance, remuneration, turnover, recruitment, and engagement
  • Prepare and present regular and ad-hoc reports to HR leadership
  • Respond to ad-hoc data requests from other teams
  • Automate people-related reports and dashboards
  • Conduct analysis on employee demographics, skills, and competencies
  • Design and implement metrics to measure the effectiveness of HR programs
  • Monitor and report on HR metrics, ensuring alignment with organizational goals
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Ensure compliance with data protection regulations
  • Prepare and provide data for audits, compliance checks, and internal/external surveys
  • Assist in audits and compliance reviews
  • Provide training and support to HR, management, and executives
  • Contribute to HRMS implementation
  • Ensure data integrity, security, and governance
