Eleks Compensation & Benefits is looking for Human Resources Data Analyst in Ukraine.
The Human Resources Data Analyst plays a critical role in leveraging data analytics to enhance HR decision-making processes and improve overall organizational performance.
This role requires a strong analytical mindset, proficiency in data analysis tools, and a deep understanding of HR metrics.
Responsibilities include handling HR dashboards, reports, and ad-hoc requests, preparing data for audits and surveys, and involvement in HRMS implementation.
This position requires a data-driven mindset and the ability to provide quick and effective solutions to Executive team members' queries.
Requirements
- Proven experience in HR analytics, data analysis, or a similar role
- Proficiency in HR analytics tools (Excel, SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or Google Data Studio)
- Hands-on experience with HRIS (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors) is a plus
- Knowledge of statistical analysis software, understanding of HR metrics and benchmarks
- Strong ability to analyze and interpret HR data to provide actionable insights
- Experience in developing and maintaining HR dashboards and reporting systems
- Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Human Resources, Business, Statistics, Finance, or a related field
- Upper-intermediate level of English
- Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to data-driven decision-making
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of translating complex data insights into actionable recommendations
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and maintain HR data from various sources
- Develop, maintain, and enhance HR reports and dashboards
- Analyze HR data to identify trends and insights related to employee performance, remuneration, turnover, recruitment, and engagement
- Prepare and present regular and ad-hoc reports to HR leadership
- Respond to ad-hoc data requests from other teams
- Automate people-related reports and dashboards
- Conduct analysis on employee demographics, skills, and competencies
- Design and implement metrics to measure the effectiveness of HR programs
- Monitor and report on HR metrics, ensuring alignment with organizational goals
- Identify opportunities for process improvements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Ensure compliance with data protection regulations
- Prepare and provide data for audits, compliance checks, and internal/external surveys
- Assist in audits and compliance reviews
- Provide training and support to HR, management, and executives
- Contribute to HRMS implementation
- Ensure data integrity, security, and governance
