Full-Time IA Experto para SAP

We are looking for a qualified and forward-thinking AI engineer, specializing in agent AI, to join our expanding SAP AI team. In this role, you will design and implement cutting-edge agent AI solutions, including autonomous AI agents based on large language models (LLM). Your work will directly contribute to transforming business processes and enabling intelligent automation across the enterprise.

Responsibilities:

• Development of solutions: Design, create and implement agent AI solutions that enable autonomous decision making and intelligent behavior in business systems.
• LLM Integration: Work extensively with large language models (LLM) to create robust AI agents and integrate them into production-level applications.
• Collaborative Design: Collaborate with the business AI transformation consultant to understand business requirements and translate them into scalable AI implementations.
• Technological R&D: Stay up to date with emerging trends and research in agent AI, multi-agent systems, and LLM-based architectures to continuously improve solution capabilities.
• Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable and secure code, following best practices for testing, version control and documentation in enterprise environments.
• System Optimization: Optimize the performance, cost-effectiveness and robustness of AI systems using appropriate frameworks, tools and architectural patterns.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Artificial Intelligence or a related field.
• Strong programming knowledge in Python, with experience using machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch or Hugging Face Transformers.
• Hands-on experience working with LLM (e.g. OpenAI, Anthropic, Cohere) and frameworks for AI agent development (e.g. LangChain, AutoGPT, CrewAI, etc.).
• Experience with vector databases (e.g. Pinecone, FAISS) and Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) processes.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g. AWS SageMaker, Azure ML, Google Vertex AI) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Knowledge of enterprise-level security and regulatory compliance practices for the implementation of AI systems.
• Implementation in the Kyma environment and integration with S/4 through abap proxies.
• Knowledge of JOULES STUDIO will be highly valued.
