Role: Identity and Access Management Administrator
Location: Remote-WFH
Type: Contract
Job Overview: We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Identity and Access Management (IAM) Administrator to join our Infrastructure Engineering team. The successful candidate will manage our identity platforms with a strong focus on identity platform administration, ensuring secure and efficient access management.
Additionally, the candidate will possess a project management mindset to oversee IAM initiatives and a strong understanding of security principles.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience as an IAM Administrator or in a similar role, with extensive experience in Okta, Active Directory, AWS IAM and other IAM platform administration.
- In-depth knowledge of technology like SAML, OAuth2.0, OpenID Connect, MFA, FIDO2, risk-based authentication, and session management.
- Experience with scripting and automation tools to enhance IAM processes using REST API, Webhook, JSON Web Token.
- Strong understanding of IAM concepts, security protocols, and industry standards.
- Project management skills with the ability to lead initiatives from inception to completion.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
