Project Specialist (Non-Exempt Contractor)
Project Title: Image Retoucher
Level: Mid
Project Length: 3 months
Project Hours: 40 hours/week
Expected compensation: $50 - $65/hour. Rate varies based on skills, experience, and location.
Key Responsibilities
- Image Enhancement: Retouch & enhance images for annual reports, ensuring high quality.
- Color Correction: Maintain consistent color tones across images.
- Detail Restoration: Correct imperfections & blemishes for a professional appearance.
- Collaboration: Work with photographers, designers, & stakeholders to understand image requirements.
- Visual Consistency: Maintain consistent visual style and brand guidelines.
- Image Cropping: Crop & resize images to fit annual report layout.
- Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough reviews to ensure quality & accuracy.
- Efficiency: Manage multiple projects & meet tight deadlines.
- Industry Trends: Stay updated on latest photo retouching techniques.
Required Experience & Skills
- Previous experience as a photo retoucher, preferably corporate/financial imagery.
- Advanced skills in photo editing software (Adobe Photoshop, etc.).
- Meticulous attention to detail, commitment to flawless images.
- Portfolio showcasing before/after examples (corporate/financial).
- Creativity & artistic flair, while adhering to brand/design guidelines.
- Effective communication & collaboration skills.
- Ability to manage time & meet deadlines.
