To provide operational support for incentive processes, ensuring alignment with standards and regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Comply with company standards and training procedures.
- Process incentive payments accurately and promptly.
- Prepare payment orders and maintain organised server folders.
- Coordinate with teams on incentive arrangements.
- Audit projects to verify cost allocation.
- Maintain systems and trackers for payment status.
- Validate information and resolve failed payments.
- Execute system corrections.
- Review on-hold transactions to reduce failures.
- Support Finance, CST Operations, and Support teams.
- Perform internal control checks and maintain audit trails.
- Monitor key performance indicators.
- Identify process inefficiencies and implement improvements.
- Prepare management and performance reports.
- Maintain awareness of fraud prevention measures.
- Serve as a point of contact for training.
- Develop proficiency in payment systems and data-management software.
- Handle ad-hoc tasks.
Incentive Support Queries:
- Monitor the Incentives inbox and meet response SLAs.
- Manage incentive-related queries.
- Prepare incentive statements for respondents.
- Coordinate communications across departments.
- Provide updates to Panel Support and Client Service Teams.
