Job Summary:
Seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Information Protection Analyst contractor to manage logical access processes for various applications. The ideal candidate will have experience with Jira and ServiceNow and will be responsible for ensuring secure and efficient access management.
MUST HAVES:
- 5+ years of Access Management experience with proficiency in managing access recertifications, provisioning, removals, and transfers, ensuring secure and efficient access control.
- 5+ years working in a large corporate environment using excellent communication skills to assist business users, prepare audit documentation, and coordinate with various teams seamlessly.
- Strong experience with Jira and ServiceNow to handle ticketing systems and process enhancements effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Access Recertifications: Conduct regular access recertifications to ensure compliance with security policies.
- Access Provisioning: Manage access provisioning through a ticketing system, ensuring timely and accurate access for users.
- Access Removals: Handle access removals promptly to maintain security integrity.
- Access Transfers: Facilitate access transfers as needed, ensuring seamless transitions.
- Name Changes Processing: Process name changes efficiently to maintain accurate records.
- Process Enhancements: Identify and implement process enhancements to improve efficiency and security.
- Documentation for Audit Submissions: Prepare and maintain documentation for audit submissions, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- User Support: Assist business users with submissions and provide clarifications as needed.
- Team Coordination: Coordinate and collaborate with various teams to support the access management process.
Required Experience:
- Proficiency with Jira and ServiceNow.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a similar role within the healthcare industry.
- Knowledge of information security best practices and regulatory requirements.
