As an intern on the NielsenIQ Advertising Neuroscience team, you’ll use your analytical and consultative skills to help some of the world’s biggest brands and advertisers (McDonald’s, Walmart, Procter & Gamble, Kroger, Amazon, etc..) shape and optimize their brand communication.
As an NIQ Neuroscience intern you will:
- Provide insights that clients can use to drive their business forward
- See your recommendations in action as you see products on the shelves or experience manufacturer’s advertising
- Make a difference by becoming a problem solver, a consultant, and the voice of NielsenIQ’s inclusive culture for our clients
Intern Program Summary
Ten-week, full-time summer assignment in Chicago, IL
Participation in exclusive professional development opportunities focused on gaining a business perspective, diversity, inclusive leadership, and mentorship
Selection Criteria
- Current Sophomore or Junior pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Neuroscience, Data Analytics, Data Science, or Marketing/Market Research.
- Will also consider students in an analytically or human insights focused major including but not limited to Economics, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or Liberal Arts
- 3.0 cumulative GPA minimum
- Permanent U.S. work authorization required; no Visa sponsorship available
- Leadership in extracurriculars on campus or in your community
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Anticipated graduation: Spring 2026 or 2027
This role has a market-competitive salary with an anticipated base compensation of the following range: $6-8k.
