THE POSITION: The EVERSANA Internship Program is a 10-week paid position for college students to learn about a life sciences career. Interns work in real-world situations, with a mentor or team, to understand industry aspects and internal practices.

Qualified applicants: Rising juniors or seniors.

Innovation Department Intern: Support the team in identifying, researching, and developing new ideas/technologies for company growth.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Develop and refine LLM-powered applications.
• Build AI agents for drug commercialization, market intelligence, competitive analysis, and procurement.
• Design and implement RAG-based solutions using enterprise CRM and knowledge data.
• Collaborate with engineers/domain experts to deploy AI models.
• Integrate generative AI capabilities using APIs (e.g., OpenAI).
• Experiment with multimodal AI models for text, image, and audio processing.
• Optimize AI models for efficiency, scalability, and compliance.
• Contribute to new AI-driven products/prototypes.
• Demonstrate a commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion.

• Travel: 0%
• Hours: 40 per week (Monday-Friday)

Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Education: Rising juniors or seniors in undergraduate studies.
• Experience/Training: Interest in healthcare/pharma, prior AI experience a plus.
• Project management knowledge
• Proactive, self-aware, and accountable.
• Strong analytical skills, problem-solving, conceptual thinking, and communication skills.
