Intern Internal Communications Intern

The Internal Communications Intern will support communication strategies for our immunology portfolio. This internship offers hands-on experience in a dynamic biotech environment, contributing to product and indication launches, and supporting in-line brands. The internship runs from May 27 to August 8.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and execute internal communication plans, ensuring stakeholders receive timely and relevant information.
2. Create engaging content for various channels (emails, town halls, etc.), collaborating with the global team.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather information for communication materials.
4. Organize and promote internal events, webinars, and town hall meetings.
5. Monitor communication effectiveness and suggest improvements.
6. Ensure consistent messaging across all platforms.
7. Develop communication materials for product launches and new indications.
8. Stay updated on industry trends and immunology best practices.

Qualifications:

• Currently enrolled in a Masters program in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and project management abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Familiarity with internal communication tools is a plus.
• Interest in healthcare.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
