Intern Internal Communications Intern (Immunology)

The Internal Communications Intern will support communication strategies for the immunology portfolio.

Opportunity: Gain hands-on experience in a dynamic biotech environment, contributing to product launches and supporting in-line brands.

Internship Duration: May 27, 2024 to August 8, 2024.

Location Preference: Candidates residing near Waltham, MA.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute internal communication plans for the immunology portfolio, ensuring timely and accurate information to all stakeholders.
• Create engaging content for internal channels (emails, town halls), and collaborate with the global team for external releases.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather information for communication materials.
• Support internal events, webinars, and town hall meetings related to the immunology portfolio.
• Monitor and analyze communication effectiveness, recommending improvements.
• Ensure consistent messaging across all internal platforms.
• Contribute to product launch and new indication communication materials.
• Stay updated on industry trends and immunology best practices.

Qualifications:

• Currently enrolled in a Masters program in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and project management abilities.
• Familiarity with matrix organizations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Familiarity with internal communication tools a plus.
• Interest in healthcare.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
