12 Month Fixed Term opportunity
The Internal Communications Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing communication strategies that engage, motivate and inform the BWS team to support the overall business strategy.

Here is a taster of what you can expect in this role:
- Developing and executing comprehensive internal communication strategies that aligns with the BWS overall business objectives.
- Working closely with the Leadership Team to deliver clear, purposeful messages to team members both in stores, and support roles.
- Lead the delivery of clear, concise and purposeful communications through targeted mediums that support our team's understanding of the business strategy and connect to our brand.
- Plan and deliver key annual activations including Strategy Roadshows and events that connect our teams across the business to the BWS and Endeavour Group strategies.
- Develop cohesive communications plans and work with the business teams for key events, change initiatives, product launches and other projects.
- Help our team in stores to understand business objectives and how they contribute to our overall results.
- Lead and develop a Communications Specialist.
- Monitor and evaluate the impact of internal communications, making recommendations and improvements to enhance the effectiveness of all communications.

To succeed in this role you'll need to be energetic, connected and foster ‘big picture’ thinking, with the ability to think strategically and deliver relevant, interesting content.
This role will suit someone who is a natural storyteller, with excellent time management skills and the ability to work with and communicate at all levels of the organisation.
Experience in an internal communications role, with proven experience developing and implementing internal communications strategies.
Experience creating and distributing internal communications and employee engagement programs.
An established understanding of best practice in internal communications, including the use of technology and social media.
Proven ability to use and interpret data to measure and evaluate communications channels/initiatives.
Experience working in a matrix organisation, collaborating across multiple functions and between a business and centre of expertise.
Be a team player who is able to deliver innovative and creative solutions
Value organisational culture and objectives, which is demonstrated in all interactions and recommendations in reference to internal communications
Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
A Bachelor's Degree in communication, journalism, marketing, PR or a related field is highly desirable.
