- Establish contact with prospects via social media, phone, or email.

- Collaborate with offshore team to create tailored solutions.
- Follow up on pilot projects and requests for quotes.
- Monitor customer satisfaction and identify upselling opportunities.

- Offshore team provides list of potential contacts to internal sales.
- Internal sales representatives manage communication and relationship development using various channels.

- Relevant educational background.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Ability to work independently.
- Proven organizational skills and commitment.
- Experience building customer relationships remotely (preferred).
- Background in structural engineering services (preferred).
