As a Marketing and CRM Intern, you will play a pivotal role in executing and optimizing email marketing and CRM strategies to enhance engagement, lead nurturing, and customer retention.
Reporting directly to the VP of marketing, you will:
- Manage and refine HubSpot CRM workflows
- Craft targeted email campaigns
- Analyze engagement metrics to improve marketing performance
Key Responsibilities:
- Email Marketing Execution: Plan, create, and deploy targeted email campaigns in HubSpot, including newsletters, promotions, lead nurturing sequences, and lifecycle automation.
- CRM Strategy & Management: Optimize and maintain HubSpot CRM workflows, segmentation, and automation to enhance engagement and retention.
- Segmentation & Personalization: Utilize customer data within HubSpot to create dynamic and personalized email campaigns that drive engagement and conversion.
- A/B Testing & Optimization: Test subject lines, content, send times, and layouts within HubSpot to continuously improve email performance and user experience.
- Performance Analysis: Track, analyze, and report on email campaign metrics (open rates, CTR, conversions, etc.) in HubSpot, providing insights for optimization.
- Campaign Performance Reporting: Build and analyze campaign performance reports in HubSpot to measure effectiveness and inform future strategies.
- Compliance & Best Practices: Ensure all email communications align with GDPR, CAN-SPAM, and other relevant regulations within HubSpot’s compliance framework.
- Integration & Automation: Work with HubSpot marketing automation tools to improve campaign efficiency and ensure seamless integration with sales and CRM functions.
- Collaboration: Work closely with content, design, and sales teams to align email marketing efforts with overall business goals and customer journey strategies.
Required Skills/Qualifications:
- Student in technical or technological degrees (Social Communication, audiovisual production, Business Administration, Data Operation etc.)
- Fluency in both oral and written English (B2+)
- Willingness to enhance understanding of campaign performance analytics for conversion rate optimization (CRO)
- Familiarity with HubSpot CRM
- Interest in email marketing, CRM strategy, and customer engagement
- Commitment to continuous learning and professional development
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign performance metrics
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple campaigns
- Familiarity with project management tools (Aha!, Trello, Asana, or Jira)
- Passion for staying updated on industry trends
