NBCUniversal Academic Year Internship Program: Immerse yourself in exciting work, experience our unique NBCU culture, and receive support for two semesters. Program Dates: September 15, 2025 - April 17, 2026. Time commitment: 16-24 hours per week. Exact schedule determined by business need.
IP Security & Technology Internship Details:
- Support NBCUniversal's content globally with security procedures across the supply chain.
- Perform digital fingerprinting of owned content.
- Monitor and address digital theft.
- Analyze business intelligence to measure piracy demand and supply.
- Write, review, debug, and test code.
- Design cloud and application architecture.
- Deploy applications to production.
- Learn about networking, databases, and applications using modern frameworks, languages, libraries, and methodologies.
Basic Requirements: Actively enrolled in a degree-granting program, 30 credits or more, current sophomore or higher standing, authorized to work in the US without visa sponsorship, available to work 16-24 hours per week, and working from a US location.
Desired Characteristics: Junior or higher standing, GPA 3.0 or above, Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or Information Systems, intermediate computing skills, strong analytical skills, interest in the media industry, and previous internship experience.
Hourly Rate: $30.00
