Contractor IT Business Analyst

Responsibilities:

• Communicate with stakeholders and users to gather requirements, discuss optimal implementations, and present results.
• Analyze requirements/feedback to identify needs, goals, risks, and propose KPIs/improvements.
• Collaborate with the development team to validate and discuss implementation approaches.
• Document requirements for development (DB, API, User Stories/Use Cases, functional/non-functional requirements, UI mockups, software functionality, business process/software design descriptions/diagrams).
• Work with the QA team on test cases and assistance in UI/SQL/API testing.

Hard Skills:

• Relational databases (data structures, SQL queries, ER-diagram development).
• API design principles (documentation, testing).
• UML/BPMN notations for business processes and software functionality.
• UI prototyping and UX design principles.
• Data visualization tools (Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets, Power BI/Tableau).
• Strong technical writing, editing, and formatting skills.
• Experience with Bitrix24/Bitrix Framework (advantageous).

Soft Skills:

• Understanding of SDLC phases.
• Experience in gathering and analyzing requirements for complex systems/domains.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and evaluative skills.
• Ability to articulate technical vision/outcomes, attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently with limited information.
• Eagerness to learn and experiment with emerging technologies.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Advanced English; Ukrainian or Russian knowledge (required).
