We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner for a 12-month temporary contract.
You'll support global recruitment efforts focused on IT hiring, collaborating with the Senior Talent Acquisition Partner. Flexibility to assist in other business areas is also expected.
Responsibilities include:
- Driving end-to-end recruitment for IT and corporate roles.
- Collaborating with Senior TA Partner, hiring managers, and HRBPs to define hiring needs.
- Sourcing globally using LinkedIn Recruiter and advanced techniques.
- Supporting hiring across other business lines.
- Ensuring a professional candidate experience.
- Working autonomously while maintaining strong communication.
Requirements include:
- Years of experience in recruitment (in-house, RPO, or agency), ideally with a focus on international IT roles.
- Strong sourcing skills and proven ability to deliver full-cycle hiring.
- Professional, structured, detail-oriented, proactive, and committed to quality.
- Excellent communication skills, adapting tone and approach based on stakeholders.
- Comfortable working with autonomy and collaboration.
- Adaptable to shifting priorities and supporting hiring across different areas.
- Fluency in English is essential.
- Commercial mindset and understanding of how recruitment supports growth.
- Curiosity and openness to learn about SGS's business lines.
