Primary Role (Suitable for Beginners): Web scraping using HTML and Python with Beautiful Soup, Selenium, PyCharm, and other tools. Verify CSV data accuracy against websites, ensuring code functionality, and storing CSV files in Dropbox.
Other roles (if not assigned Web scraping): Manual software testing of websites and applications, documenting issues, bugs, and errors, and suggesting solutions. Automation testing using Cypress.io to automate bug testing. AI automation testing with the Recombee platform (suitable for Machine Learning, AI, or Data Science majors). Research into system development for elements like chatbots or automated responses, as needed.
If needed: Using Adobe XD to analyze UI/UX prototypes and assisting senior developers with project management in Jira.
Note: Communication primarily via Skype and Dropbox; Microsoft Teams may be used with senior developers.
Ideal Candidate Profile: Current student or recent graduate in an IT-related field (e.g., Cybersecurity, Cloud Computing, Computer Engineering, Mechatronics, or related fields). Strong understanding of basic concepts in Java, Python, SQL, HTML, R, and other programming languages. Excellent time management and focus on task completion. Bonus for: Python, PyCharm, Selenium, Beautiful Soup, Scrapestorm, Octoparse experience; AI development experience; Adobe XD experience; Bootstrap, AngularJS, EmberJS, jQuery, Ionic, or full-stack development framework experience; Familiarity with deep learning and NLP. Project management skills (using tools like Dropbox, AirTable, Jira, Trello, Asana, etc.) and the ability to generate creative ideas. Interest in DevOps. Passion for automating processes and workflows. Excellent English communication skills, detail-oriented, fast execution, and stress management abilities.
